RTPS searches often lead to different versions of government portals. Bihar’s legacy RTPS site directs residence, caste and income certificate applicants to ServicePlus. Use the service level and certificate type required by the organisation requesting your certificate.
Choose the service level carefully: Circle/Block, Sub-Division or District. Higher-level services may refer to an earlier application; follow the live form rather than assuming the same process for every certificate.
