AePDS Bihar

Bihar’s official ePDS homepage links its Aadhaar-enabled distribution service to epos.bihar.gov.in. Ration-card management and distribution information are different tasks; choose the official route that fits your need.

AePDS is not a universal ration-card application form. Bihar’s citizen ration-card application portal is a separate route.

Do not enter Aadhaar, OTPs, biometric information or ration-card numbers on BiharSpecial. Any required entry happens only on the official destination.

Reach the AePDS/SMART-PDS portal through the official Bihar food website.

Steps on the official portal

  1. Open the official Bihar ePDS homepage and select its AePDS link, or use the official destination below.
  2. Use the public information/report options currently offered on that portal.
  3. Choose the required period or location where available.
  4. Keep in mind that a public report is not the same as an individual entitlement decision.

  1. Open the official ePDS homepage and choose “RC Details”.
  2. Follow the search fields and instructions on the official destination.
  3. Check the card and household information against your own records.
  4. For a mismatch, use the government’s relevant correction/application route rather than editing details on this guide.

  4. Submit only on the official portal and save the acknowledgement.
